Sophie decided that because it was a rainy gloomy day out yesterday, it was a good day to visit her Aunt Tatey at work. We looked quite silly hopping on the bus with Sophie in the heart-heart sling (can you say, not meant for a big girl?...hurty the backy!), both of us bundled up and holding our rainbow stroller umbrella (the backpack and regular umbrella were in the car with Brett). Anyway, despite our creative improvising we got there. Sophie was greeted with huge smiles from her auntie and co-workers.
Aunt Tatey gave Soph LOTS of squeezes, read her books, got teary when she saw Sophie pulling up to standing (what?? Aunt Tatey tearing up?? Impossible!! hee hee) and even let her Sophie girl sit at her desk. Grooming our little 'suit' for her MBA already.

Aunt Tatey works with wonderful people, and her office has an incredibly positive vibe.
As you can see in this photo, Aunt Tatey put Soph to work, teaching her everything she knows about selling flights to baseball babies. (Soph booked him a flight to a cabbage patch in the U.K.--Well done Soph--I liked the 'squeeze his cheeks and eye until you seal the deal' approach-very creative--you obviously follow in your auntie's footsteps!)

What a beautiful girl you have there - I wish you could bring her to MY work :)
