Jim's Greasy Spoon

Another adventure has been had. We just got back from a walk. It's a beautiful crisp winter day (with windchill -15..warmer than it's been in a bit!). We decided to check out this greasy spoon near us. It was somewhat sketchy from the outside, but inside it was good cheap food and extremely friendly people. Sophie was leaning into the arms of complete and random strangers and they were eating her up :).
Our food arrives. Soph is happily in a highchair munching some of my french fries (our attempts to chunk HER up are resulting in chunking ME up) and then she says to me in her sweetest and quiet voice 'poo-poo'. She then proceeds to turn bright and deep colours of red and purple while holding her breath. Wait for it---can you guess? No diaper. Natta. No wipes. Natta. No epipen (which we should have just in case when we're feeding her anything outside of home. thankfully no food reaction). Anywho--we were zero for three. We glanced at the door to the washrooms and decided that they looked a bit scary. We debated going to a pharmacy and buying diap and wipes but decided to boot home instead.
That's all I wanted to share. Tawk amougst yourselves.
